Welcome to the Wild Tomato American Kitchen

Entrees

Serving a diverse selection of America’s favorite dishes inspired by the local ingredients grown coast to coast

The American Farmer has a humble history in this country. What’s freshest is what’s grown closest to you. The struggle against Mother Earth and what she will allow to prosper depends on regions and climate. It’s an amazing story to tell—we will help tell that story through our offerings. Food grown closest is what has formed and influenced delicacies in certain regions of this country. Pizza from Chicago, New Haven, Detroit, St. Louis, California, New York were all developed and made differently because of the ingredients that were available to them, as well as, the ethnicity of the people and their backgrounds, which formed their diverse cooking techniques and style. The Wild Tomato American Kitchen will take you on a food journey across America, exploring these offerings from different regions, celebrating the American farmer and the great agriculture and diversity of food in this country!

Don’t leave without trying the beignets!

We started going to wild tomato when they opened and have gone at least once every week since. The food, atmosphere, and service are a most refreshing experience for an area that is full of franchise boring dining. The food is top quality, the owner, managers, bar tenders, waiters are all very focused on customer service. And it is nice to go somewhere that values return customers, remembers your name and you feel like a regular. And don't leave without trying the beignets!

Amazing food.

The menu looked delicious online and did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We all got items from different "regions" which was a cool thing to do. The food turned out super delicious and we were all happy. Would return again.

A great twist on traditional Italian

A great twist on traditional Italian. The flavors are amazing in everything I have tried. The Kodiak Salmon is delicious. Really nice atmosphere as well!

Pizza menu is insanely original

The pizza menu is insanely original. Salads, sandwiches, pasta, my kids think the menu was built just for them. Great beer and wine selection, this place was sorely needed in Bel Air. It’s got that old school family feel where the manager checks on every table. This is a new favorite in regular rotation when we decide to eat out, the Sunday brunch is my new fav.

What a great place!!

We came here on a whim and I'm glad we did. This is such a charming little spot hidden in a shopping center. We started with the crab dip which was perfectly cheesy and crabby in a bread bowl. My husband had the Chicago deep dish which he said was great. I had the cattleman's burger and homemade, hand cut potato fries. I consider myself somewhat of a potato aficionado and these fries were definitely some of the best I've had. For dessert we had the beignets and the Smith Island cake. The beignets were made fresh and they came out hot and fresh. The Smith Island cake which apparently is a Maryland thing, was really rich and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone.
